01. ANGLONAUT - This song has been kicking around since '98 or something.
02. NORTHAMPTON - Our alt-country-ish pandering attempt to get airplay on local radio. Go, Western Massachusetts! Whooooo!
03. UP - Our homage to late 60's Super-8 motorcycle hill climbers.
04. MONKS DON'T TELL LIES - Originally released on our xmas Promo EP, this track explores the esoteric meaning of Mike Watt's van-as-vessel metaphor. Or it's about kung-fu.
05. RARE STAR BALL - A full-blown reinterpretation of a Soul Coughing B-side. Originally recorded for a tribute compilation. Tom totally screwed up the lyrics because that Mike Doughty is a MUMBLER goddamn it!
06. IT DOESN'T MATTER (YOU MOTHERFUCKER) - Mostly recorded at Shawn's old apartment in a single afternoon. This song contains 127 cusses.
07. CHOKING ON THE BLUE HAZE - Yeah. We really like this song.

1. IN THE SNOW - A holiday song. Once thoughtlessly referred to as "Christmas Music", this novelty genre has grown over the years, as many a rocker wants the world to know that hey, they like Santa, too. This song is not particularly sappy, corny or funny, though it is slightly grumpy. Tom and shawn recorded this in shawn's apartment one weekend.
2. DOUBLE NOTHING - A song probably about a girl. Probably the best song ever.
3. MONKS DON'T TELL LIES - Expanding upon the Mike Watt metaphor of van-as-vessel, this song speaks of the modern quest for truth. The title is a line from Jet Li's Fong Sai Yuk 2, and since a monk said it, it must be true.
4. BMX SONG - A rockin instrumental from BMOP.
5. SCARECROW WALTZ - A slow chunk of bummer from BMOP.
6. THE SAVIOUR MADE ME DO IT (radio edit) from BMOP.
